One important detail before publishing: Your revised overview says two hours of dancing, but the 6:30–9:00 PM schedule includes food and socializing. I've written it as a dance-focused evening with instruction and breaks, beginning at 7:00 PM. That avoids promising two full hours of instruction when the schedule may not accommodate them.
