Through guided creative exercises, therapeutic art, and intuitive spiritual practices, we’ll explore what it means to reclaim joy, innocence, and the simple pleasure of making something with your hands and heart.</span></span></p><p><span><span>This workshop is about reclamation not healing through words, but through creation.
