Buff Chiq

About This Organizer

Buff Chiq is a five-piece from the heart of New Jersey, fronted by the magnetic Ailed Hernandez. Their indie-flavored bubblegrunge sound hits that exact, nostalgic sweet spot of your teenage years while tackling the messy, ever-shifting realities of young adulthood. Hernandez’s smoky vocals cut through a wall of emotionally influenced rock tones to air out the frustrations of outgrowing people and navigating breakups; both romantic and platonic. Showcasing songs that reminds us that while some life lessons are expensive, the value they have is immense. We love hosting shows and giving a platform to local venues and talent!
