FLX is a New Jersey-based wellness experience brand creating the kind of plans you actually want to say yes to. We take movement outside the traditional studio and pair it with unexpected venues, great food, hospitality, emerging brands, and opportunities to actually connect with the people around you. Our mission is to make wellness feel more social, approachable, and memorable. You don’t need to be a “wellness person,” have a perfect practice, or book a weeklong retreat somewhere far away to experience a reset. FLX creates an alternative: thoughtfully curated experiences that fit into real life while still feeling like an escape from it. From hotel takeovers and rooftop Pilates to yoga, sound baths, brunches, brand pop-ups, micro-retreats, corporate wellness, and private events, no two FLX experiences are meant to feel exactly the same. We collaborate with instructors, venues, local businesses, and brands to turn a workout into a full experience—and hopefully introduce you to a few new people, places, and favorite things along the way.
