1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NJRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About NJRadar
NJRadar is a New Jersey event discovery and local editorial platform.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
- You may sign in using supported methods, including Google Sign-In.
- NJRadar may suspend or remove accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4. Event Listings and Accuracy
NJRadar provides event information for convenience. Event details can change at any time.
Before attending, you should verify date, time, price, location, age restrictions, ticket availability, and cancellation status with the organizer, venue, or ticket provider.
NJRadar is not responsible for canceled events, incorrect external listings, ticketing issues, venue changes, or other third-party organizer decisions.
5. User Submissions
- Submit only accurate, lawful, and non-misleading content.
- Do not submit spam, illegal content, harassment, hate content, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.
- NJRadar may edit, reject, remove, or display submitted content at its discretion.
- By submitting content, you give NJRadar permission to use and display it in the platform and in related promotional or editorial materials.
6. SMS Event Roundup
NJRADAR is collecting subscriptions for a weekly event roundup that is launching soon. If you expressly opt in, NJRADAR may send recurring automated marketing texts at a frequency of one event roundup per week once the program launches.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Once messaging launches, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The marketing roundup is separate from customer-initiated support conversations. SMS support is not active yet; email support@njradar.com for help now.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, hack, spam, impersonate others, reverse engineer, interfere with security, or otherwise misuse NJRadar.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, NJRadar branding, design, copy, original editorial content, graphics, and platform features belong to NJRadar. Third-party event names, logos, and images may belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Links
NJRadar may link to external websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, purchases, or services.
10. No Professional Advice
NJRadar content is provided for informational and local discovery purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
NJRadar is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that every listing is complete and current.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, event changes, missed events, ticketing disputes, third-party service issues, or losses caused by reliance on event listings.
13. Termination
NJRadar may suspend or remove access to the platform for misuse or violation of these terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of NJRadar after updates means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
